vavavoom has partnered with An Post to offer our Irish customers reduced rates on returns. simply peel off the returns label included and attach it to the front of your parcel ensuring the original delivery labels are covered. then take to any post office counter service. please keep your proof of postage receipt. a charge of €4 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of postage using this service.
if you no longer have your returns label, you can repackage it and take it to your local post office, sending it to this address: Vavavoom.ie, Unit 3A, Blackthorn Business Pk, Coes Rd, Dundalk, Co. Louth, Ireland. A91 K020.
can I drop a return to the warehouse?
yes, we are happy to accept returns to our warehouse, between 9 a.m.- 5 p.m monday - thursday and 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. friday.
please fill in your returns form as normal and include it with your package. we will then contact you about your refund within 24 hours.
why have I been charged €4 for my return?

can I exchange my order?
we don't do exchanges; we would instead ask that you simply place a new order. you can then return your item to us for a refund. please note your refund may take 3-5 working days to show in your account.
i’ve received my order but it was faulty, what should I do?
all items are checked before leaving the warehouse, but if you do discover a flaw please send an image of the flaw to our customer care team, who will advise you further: firstname.lastname@example.org
i’ve received a refund notification but the funds are not showing in my account yet?
once a refund has been processed you will receive a notification. it can take up to 5 working days, depending on your bank, to show in your account. please contact your bank if the transaction has not come through within this time.
