are your sizes big or small fitting?

  • we try to ensure our products are true to size, but if you are in between sizes, we recommend you choose the larger of the two.
  • please see our size guide, under each product, for more details.

i saw a product that sold out in my size, i need it in my life, what can i do?

  • while our stock moves quite quickly, we do on occasion restock popular items. always keep an eye on our back in stock section.

i’ve forgotten to use my discount code, what can i do?

  • unfortunately, we can’t apply a discount code after an order has been processed. you can keep this code until it expires and use it on another purchase.

why won’t my discount code work?

  • please check that the discount code you are using is applicable to the product you have in your basket, for example, discount codes won’t always give further discounts to items already in the sale section.

can i cancel my order?

  • you can cancel your order if you have not yet received a shipping confirmation email, just email our customer care team here: customerservice@vavavoom.ie
  • please note, orders are processed promptly to ensure next day delivery, so don’t be disappointed if it has shipped, just send it back and we will issue you with a refund, excluding postage.

why can’t i select my size on the site?

  • if your size is sold out, it will display in grey and you will not be able to add it to bag. If your size is in stock and you can’t add it to bag, your web browser may need to be updated.
  • if you cannot download an update for your browser you can place your order in the size you are able to select. send us an email quoting your order number & desired sizes and we will amend the sizes for you.

the item i ordered was a ‘pre-order’, when will i get it?

  • the date that your item is available for will show in the product description. it will be shipped on this date for next day delivery.

i entered the wrong email address when i placed my order, can i change it?

  • unfortunately, we can’t change your email address once your order has been placed, but our customer care team can send you your tracking details if you let them know what’s happened: customerservice@vavavoom.ie

i entered the wrong shipping address, can i change it?

  • if you have not received a shipping confirmation email, you can change your shipping address, just email our customer care team here: customerservice@vavavoom.ie
  • please note, orders are processed promptly to ensure next day delivery, so drop us an email as soon as you can.

i ordered the wrong size, can i change it?

i’ve placed an order but I’d like to add more items to it, without paying additional shipping?

  • if you have not received a shipping confirmation email, just place a new order then email our customer care team here: customerservice@vavavoom.ie
  • we will then add this to your original order and refund the second shipping charge.
