when will my order be ready for collection?
your order will be ready for collection on the day it was placed. a member of our customer care team will let you know when it is ready for you. please don’t attempt collection before you have been contacted. collection times are as follows: 10am - 5pm Monday - Friday
we are closed on Saturday and Sunday and Bank Holidays
if you need it in a hurry, send us an email at customerservices@vavavoom.ie and we will have it ready for you within an hour.
