We hope you love your new stuff! But if not, is happy to refund your items within 14 from your order date excluding delivery charge, in accordance with S.I 484/2013- European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013.

We must receive UK (ex. Northern Ireland) and European (ex. Ireland) returns within 28 days to guarantee a refund.

For reasons of health and hygiene, we cannot offer refunds on pierced jewellery or any beauty products.

Items must be returned with all original tags still attached and in original packaging. We do not accept returned items with make up/tan stains, or items that have been worn, soiled, damaged, or smell of smoke or any other odour. If returned items do not pass all necessary checks, they will not be accepted, and you will need to arrange collection or pay delivery costs to get it returned to you.

A refund will only be guaranteed if the item is returned in perfect condition and within the time frames stated above, starting from the date on your delivery note. Any items received after this date can be sent back to the original delivery address but at your own cost.

Please indicate on your delivery note the reason for returning the item. You must return your delivery note with your item so we can trace your order and issue your refund

Damaged claims must be filed within 2 days of receipt of goods. Intentionally damaged items or items damaged through wear will not be treated as faulty.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility unless the item is faulty.

€4 Simple Returns (Rep. Of Ireland Only)
Vavavoom has partnered with An Post to offer our Irish customers reduced rates on returns. Simply peel off the returns label included in your package and attach it to the front of your parcel, ensuring the original delivery labels are covered. Then take to any An Post counter service. Please remember to obtain your proof of postage receipt. A charge of €4 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of postage using this service. Please allow up to 10 working days after we receive the goods for the refund to be credited to your bank account.

International and Northern Ireland Returns

The rate charged will depend on the courier used. This charge will be the customer’s responsibility.

If you return an item from outside the EU, you may be subject to additional import charges. These charges can be paid directly at in order to have your parcel released and a refund issued.
