Faults must be identified before wear and reported within 2 days of receipt of goods. Intentionally damaged items and normal wear is not considered a defect. If your order has a fault, please email us at customerservices@vavavoom.ie.
If you have received a faulty item or an incorrect order you will not be charged the return fee once our Customer Service team have confirmed the fault. We cannot refund you more than the postage you paid originally.
